Let’s bid adieu to the amazing 2013 and welcome 2014 with exciting endeavours to look forward to. Celebrating one of the most important events of the year, Cinnamon Coffee House presents a lavish dinner and hi-tea buffet with various appetising selections to choose from.
Have a great start with the specialty appetisers such as Homemade Marinated Salmon with Pink Pepper Corn and Fresh Dill, Smoked Chicken with Caramelised Onion, Young Mango Salad with Squid and Cilantro, Roast Beef Platter with Gherkin and Mustard Aioli, Assorted Sushi and Sashimi, salads with various dressings, tasty soups and wide range of fresh seafood.
Offerings from the carving and live cooking stations include Japanese Tempura, Beef Wellington with Parsley Potato and Seasonal Vegetables, Whole Roasted Lamb with Seasonal Vegetables, Potatoes and Herb Rice, Ox Ribs with Seasonal Vegetables, Rosemary Potatoes and Sauce Made To Order Pasta and Freshly Baked Pizzas.

Highlights of the main courses include Boneless Lamb Leg with Ratatouille, Strip Loin Fillet with Mushroom Sauce, Seared Fish with Red Pepper Sauce, Chicken Lasagne, Seafood Paella, Lamb Bourguignon, Minute Steak with Café De Paris and Roasted Chicken with Tarragon Sauce.
