In celebration of Father’s Day, EQ is offering an exclusive four-course set menu at Sabayon for either lunch or dinner, specially curated by Executive Chef Andreas Ertle. Available on Sunday, 21 June 2020, experience contemporary European cuisine with an emphasis on quality ingredients and execution. An extensive wine list is complemented by a sommelier to provide recommendations. With unparalleled views of the Petronas Twin Towers, Sabayon is the ideal venue for pampering loved ones.
Begin the meal with the amuse-bouche, featuring the chef’s choice of the day. After which, indulge in a rich and nutty Jerusalem artichoke velouté, bringing forth heart-warming goodness with sweetbreads and earthy porcini dust. For the main course, relish in the perfect accompaniment of classical French béarnaise sauce with a mixed grill consisting of lamb chop,
tenderloin, foie gras with truffle sausage, scallop and asparagus. Finish the meal with a dark chocolate cigar, incorporated with salted caramel and cinnamon foam for the ultimate decadence, as well as some delicate mignardises to provide a perfect balance of sweetness for the ultimate treat.
The set menu is available at RM188 and also RM158 for an option without soup. Lunch is from 12PM – 2.30PM (2PM last order) and dinner is served from 5PM – 12AM (9.30PM last order). Reservations are recommended. For more information on this offer, click here.
