Hola! Mexican food enthusiasts are in for a treat as Cinnamon Coffee House presents Delicias Mexicana (Mexican Delights) throughout September.

Today’s Mexican cuisine is a blend of original Indian fare and Spanish influences, but most Mexicans continue to eat traditional native food such as corn, beans and chilli peppers. Spice up your evening with Mexican fiesta of unique and piquant flavours featuring dishes like Huachinango a la Veracruzana (Red Snapper in Red Pepper Spicy Sauce), Baked Fish Al Horno, Salmon Tacos with Black Olive and Vegetables, Orange & Cilantro Marinated Chicken with Jalapeno Sauce, Roasted Vegetables with Mexican Spices, Cabbage Tamales, Black Bean Rice, Mussel Escovitch, Beef Tenderloin with Chipotle Sauce and Stewed Oxtail with Bean, Mushroom and Gherkins.

Craving for meat? Head over to the carving section to enjoy Roast Lamb Leg with Black Olive Crust, Roasted Beef Rib Eye with Jalapeno Crust and Roast Beef Strip Loin with Roasted Peppers and Mustard Crust, all ‘roasted to perfection’.

If you are interested in more familiar classic Mexican dishes, sample our Beef Burritos and Sour Cream, Chicken Enchiladas, Tortilla wrapped with Chili Con Carne and Seafood Tacos are just some of the pasta dishes available in the buffet spread.
