Sajian Senja at Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur Bukit Jalil this Ramadan
KUALA LUMPUR, 21 February 2024 — Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur Bukit Jalil is excited to present their very first Sajian Senja buffet this upcoming holy month of Ramadan, from March 14 to April 5, 2024, 6.30pm to 9.30pm, at the exquisite Wira Ballroom, featuring a delightful selection of the cultural diversity of Malaysian comfort food.
The Sajian Senja muhibbah classic promises a lavish spread of delicious beloved local delicacies most familiar to everyone in a grand ballroom ambiance. Passionately curated by Head of Culinary, Lee Yew Ken and his kitchen brigade comprising Chef Muhamad Taufiq and Chef Muhammad Afiq, the menu spans over 9 live stations, showcasing a fusion of Malaysian influences with each dish representing the rich culture and heritage found within the country.
Guests can relish the classics such as the Bubur Lambuk, the renowned Chicken and Beef Rendang, Satay with peanut sauce combo, Ayam Bakar Perchik, Ayam Masak Merah, an assortment of steamed and deep-fried Dim Sum, Kung Pao Green Mussel with capsicum, traditional Briyani rice, and Lamb Kurma, to name a few.
The show stoppers for the evening are the signature Full Moon Hor Fun also known as Kwey Teow Bulan Purnama and the hotel’s very own recipe, the Indian style Siakap Sayap, both are home grown recipes cooked a la minute at the buffet, and served piping hot!
In addition to the savory delights, indulge in various traditional kerabu, a selection of ulam-ulaman, an assortment of local sambal, different types of traditional jeruk, various local soups, and a tempting assortment of Malaysian sweet delicacies to conclude the evening on a sweet note.
